Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 11-010119-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA14 is the Plaintiff, and ERICA METZINGER, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT F-1, BUILDING NUMBER 204, OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE II, PHASE XII, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS FILED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5908, PAGE 1261, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5912, PAGE 1931, O.R. BOOK 5914, PAGE 1729, O.R. BOOK 5918, PAGE 1534, O.R. BOOK 6087, PAGE 1661; O.R. BOOK 6125, PAGE 2098; AND O.R. BOOK 6333, PAGE 1930 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 55 AND 56, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of November, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
