NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 19, 2012 in Civil Case No. 52 2009 CA 013186, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff, and, DONNA K. MELOTTI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA K. MELOTTI IF ANY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 16, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 12-1216, ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14086, AT PAGE 400, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
