NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007652-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GISELLE K. MENACHO A/K/A GISELLE KATIA MENACHO; RIO PINAR LAKES - UNIT 4 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIO PINAR LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOSE MOLINA A/K/A JOSE ORLANDO MOLINA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of October, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, RIO PINAR LAKES, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 96 AND 97, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
