NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007589-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QS17 is the Plaintiff and Anna Walker; Unknown Spouse of Anna Walker, If Any; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees of Other Claimants; Olivia Walker; John Doe; John and Jane Doe as Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 23rd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, AND THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK F, TIER 5 OF PLAN OF TAFT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK E, PAGE 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
