NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007654-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ROBERT MATTHEWS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST CREATED FOR THE BENEFIT OF KATHLEEN J. JOHNSON F/K/A KATHLEEN J. DELL' ARENA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 107, Phase 5 (Building No. 29), PHILLIPS BAY, a CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5674, Page 2554, and Amendment thereto for the above identified phase, recorded in OR Book 5952, Page 565, all in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, all subsequent recorded amendments thereto for the above identified phase, recorded in OR Book 5952, Page 565, all in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, all subsequent recorded amendments thereto and all recorded exhibits thereto, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of the condominium as set forth in the Declaration
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
