NOTICE is hereby given that, Eddie Fernández, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 21st day of October 2014, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
