NOTICE is hereby given that, Eddie Fernández, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 20th day of October 2014, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:
