NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23rd, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011630-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-17, Plaintiff and KYNA APONTE; CHRISTIAN ROSA; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this October 28th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 725, Venetian Place, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded on July 17, 2006 in Official Records Book 08755, Page 172, Public Records of Orange County, Florida and all amendments and supplements thereto, along with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
