NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008936-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2004-1, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-1 is the Plaintiff and NARDYS BERRIOS A/K/A NARDYS N. BERRIOS; FAIRWAY GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE TRUST SERIES 2004-3, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-3; MIGUEL OLMO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of November, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 204, PHASE XIV, FAIRWAY GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5171 AT PAGE 241 I AND FURTHER AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5882, PAGE 3537 AND THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, PAGE 132 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
