NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021151-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES H. KOVARIK A/K/A JAMES W. KOVIRAK AKA JAMES KOVIRAK; THE CITRUS OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 31.68 FEET OF THE EAST 70.83 FEET OF LOT 8, CITRUS OAKS PHASE THREE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THERE OF AS DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
