NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 30th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006497-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2003-A6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-F UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2003 is Plaintiff and DANIEL NATHAN HOSKINS; ELIZABETH A. HOSKINS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AMSOUTH BANK; LAKE ADAIR PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, LAKE ADAIR PLACE, P.U.D. REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
