RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 9, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-036065-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ANAT BANIEL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 9 of Waterside Estates Phase 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49 at Page 133 and 134 of the public recorded of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
