NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011256-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and DAVID VARGAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 37, Hidden Lakes, Phase 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 37 at Pages 1-4 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
