NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 30th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-011123-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and GEORGE MERCADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE MERCADO; CRISTINA MERCADO A/K/A CRISTINA F. MERCADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRISTINA F. MERCADO A/K/A CRISTINA MERCADO IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ; TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLA VIDA AT TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 79, BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 90 THROUGH 99, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
