Final Judgment was awarded on August 19, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-017002-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, GAIL E. JEAN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTOPHER O. JEAN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER OWEN JEAN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER JEAN ; WOODLAND LAKES PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ESTATE OF CHRISTOPHER O. JEAN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER OWEN JEAN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER JEAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER O. JEAN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER OWEN JEAN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER JEAN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
