NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 18, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-020812-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, DENNIZ ANDINO; MARIA RAMOS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FAL; CITY OF APOPKA, FLORIDA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
