Final Judgment was awarded on June 20, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2013-CA-000534-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR SPECIALIZED LOAN TRUST 2007-02 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and, ROBERT M. CANNON II; JULIA T. CANNON; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
