NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 11, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-007706-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-4, is the Plaintiff, and, AINSLEY B. REID-HART; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AINSLEY B. REID-HART; WINDTREE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 23, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING F, UNIT 203, WINDTREE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2274, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
