Final Judgment was awarded on November 15, 2011 in Civil Case No.: 48-2010-CA-010084 O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2007SP3,, is the Plaintiff, and, LUIS A.TORRES A/K/A LOUIS A.TORRES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS A.TORRES A/KA/LOUIS A.TORRES N/K/A CARMEN WELIAM RIVERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
