Final Judgment was awarded on April 24, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-006891-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and, GWEN S. ROWE MAGYAR; UNKNOWN OF SPOUSE OF GWEN S. ROWE MAGYAR; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 28, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
