NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 48-2013-CA-000376-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11 is the Plaintiff, and;; STONEYBROOK WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 27, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20 IN BLOCK 3 OF STONEYBROOK WEST UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64 AT PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
