NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009738, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA6 TRUST is the Plaintiff and Michaele Amen Hart, Joseph Lloyd Hart, Jane Doe, John Doe and JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association are Defendant, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on October 27, 2014, on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
