Brock, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, NAPLES, FL 34112 34112at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 27 day of OCTOBER, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 17, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 67, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
