NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 1303058CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MARGARET M. DUNNIGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET M. DUNNIGAN; CAPE SABLE LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA NAPLES MOBILE ESTATES COMMUNITY are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on October 29, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK A, NAPLES MOBILE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 1971 CAMERON MOBILE HOME IDENTIFICATION NUMBER CF9456E
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
