NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 1, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-000183 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29 day of October, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 102, MANSION LA PALMA AT BAY COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Condominium Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 2212, Page 1641, and any subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
