Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 12, 2014, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on August 25, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 438, HARRISON RANCH, PHASE IA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 76 THROUGH 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 5817 100TH AVE E, PARRISH, FL 34219-4452
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on October 29, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
