Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order on request for new Judicial sale entered on 10-2, 2014, in Case No. 2014-CC-001456, of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida in which C.D.S. COMMUNITIES, INC., a Florida corporation, is the Plaintiff and MARIANN KELLEY, NATIONSBANK OF FLORIDA and any heirs or successors at interest of NATIONSBANK OF FLORIDA and ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(s), are the Defendants, I, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT will sell at public sale the following property: namely a DOUBLE WIDE 1996 MERI Mobile Home, Vehicle Identification No. FLHMBT57639074A, Title No. 6648793731 and Vehicle Identification No. FLHMBT57639074B, Title No. 66487938. The sale will be held on the 4 day of November, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, of the Manatee County Judicial Center in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
