NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 6th day of November, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:

ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 808, PAGES 546 THROUGH 646, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 1, 2, 3, AND 4, AND
AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THE 1987 CORONADO DOUBLEWIDE HOME LOCATED THEREON, BEARING TITLE CERTIFICATE NO. 44846178, VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NO 2C9250A and TITLE CERTIFICATE NO. 44809875, VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NO 2C9250B.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
