NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-008382 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-NCI, is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and All Others Who May Claim an Interest in the Estate of Barbara Avery a/k/a Barbara Ann Avery a/k/a Barbara A Avery, Palmetto Point Civic Association, Inc., Charles Avery, Lauren Elliott, Personal Representative of the Estate of Barbara Avery a/k/a Barbara Ann Avery a/k/a Barbara A Avery, Mary Wilkus, Richard Eugene Avery, Virginia Ann Narvaez, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
