NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 7, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 009607, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, FV-I, INC. IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS, LLC., is the Plaintiff, and, GREG DUNSMORE A/K/A GREG B. DUNSMORE; DENISE D. DUNSMORE; ANNE M. DUNSMORE; FIRST BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COAST BANK OF FLORIDA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on October 23, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ONE-HALF ( ½ ) OF THE WEST ONE-HALF ( ½ ) OF LOT 29, BLOCK 4, NEW HOME DEVELOPMENT COMPANY SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA A/K/A THE WEST ½ OF THE W ½ OF THE N ½ OF LOT 29, BLOCK 4, ELWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
