The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on January 02, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
