NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2012-CA-002284 NC, DIVISION: A, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and PATRICIA L. SNYDER; DAVID M. SNYDER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 27thday of October, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, IN BLOCK 143, OF THE 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGES 20, 20-A THROUGH 20-Z-2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
