Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Parcel II:
Unit 14, Valencia, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2800, Page 1281, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 31, Page 9, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Parcel III:
Unit 113, B.C.I., a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2005086611, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 37, Page 37, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on January 2, 2015.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
