NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 2, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005196 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, Trustees of John K. Henderson, Deceased; Thomas Henderson, Heir; Susan Eaton, Heir; Joann Henderson, Heir; Linda Duffy, Heir; If Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of Said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deceased, the respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees, and all other Persons Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Named Defendant(s); Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., As Nominee for Indymac Bank, FSB; Village Brooke Condominium Association, Inc.; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, Together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of said Defendant(s) and all other Persons Claiming by, Through, Under or Against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; John Henderson are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 10th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 3235-204, VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1227, PAGE 2055 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 36, 36A, 36B AND 36C, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
