Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 11, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 209 BLACKBURN RD, NOKOMIS, FL 34275; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held online at: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on November 10, 2014 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
