PATRICIA ANN HALE, AS THE INTESTATE SUCCESSOR OF MASTEN G. HALE, DECEASED,
Defendant.
Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed October 1, 2014, in Case No. 14-CC-003418, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which THE NEPTUNE INN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA ANN HALE, AS THE INTESTATE SUCCESSOR OF MASTEN G. HALE, DECEASED, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on November 3, 2014, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Fraction(s) 1, Week No. 17, consisting of 1/52 Fractional Interest(s) in fee simple as tenant in common in and to Unit 201N, together with a corresponding Fractional Interest in the Common Furnishings and Common Elements which are appurtenant to such Unit, as well as the recurring (i) exclusive right every calendar year to reserve, use, and occupy an assigned unit within The Neptune, A Condominium; (ii) non-exclusive right to use and enjoy the Limited Common Elements located within or otherwise appurtenant to such assigned unit; and (iii) non-exclusive right to use and enjoy the Common Elements of the Project for their intended purposes; all in accordance with the provisions of the then current Rules and Regulations promulgated by the The Neptune Condominium Association, Inc.; all pursuant to Policies and Procedures for The Neptune; and all pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium for The Neptune, A Condominium, duly recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, in Instrument #2007000193360, as thereafter amended (the “Declaration”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens filed herein, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
