NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002593 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. F/K/A JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-6, is Plaintiff, and ANITA PUPO A/K/A ANITA K. PUPO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK D, GEORGETOWNE SUBDIVISION UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 42, 42A THROUGH 42D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
