STEFL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD W. STEFL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA CALLY ARRUDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA PETE EICHORST are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, ZIMMER'S ADDITION TO SHELL MOUND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
