ROBERTS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE KAREN A. ROBERTS DECLARATION OF TRUST, DATED AUGUST 29, 2005, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 28 AND 29, TAMIAMI TERRACE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM. on the 5 day of November, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
