NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-053895 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Delaware trustee and U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Co-Trustee for Government Loan Securitization Trust 2011-FV1, Plaintiff and Gary E. Snowden, Jr. and Gary E. Snowden Sr. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
