Final Judgment was awarded on 10/3/14 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-052089, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-6, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff, and LOLA K. VAUGHT TRUSTEE OF THE LOLA K. VAUGHT REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST OF THE COUNTY OF LEE; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LOLA K. VAUGHT REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST OF THE COUNTY OF LEE; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4 are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
