HORNE; DONALD HORNE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JEAN B. HORNE; DONALD HORNE; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JEAN B. HORNE, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 29, UNIT 8, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT. RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 252, PAGE 461 AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 28, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
