NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, ands an order rescheduling sale dated, September 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-009308 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT2, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL THOME, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of November, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 894, JASMINE LAKES SUBDIVISION UNIT 6D, SAID LOT, UNIT AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 11 AT PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
