NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004349ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS 2005-1 TRUST FUND, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1, is Plaintiff and SANTA I. SANCHEZ,et al, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1 OF THE LAKES AT NORTHWOOD, PHASE 3B AND 4B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE(S) 109-115 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
