NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-015546, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL OR BANKING CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE SRMOF II 2011-1 TRUST is Plaintiff and LUIS MATIAS ROCA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS MATIAS ROCA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 29th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 17, RIVERCREST PHASE 2B2/2C, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
