NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-005623 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Lusetta A. Roger, Richard A. Roger, Unknown Party #1 NKA Anthony Roger, Household Finance Corporation III, Sheldon Chase Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of October, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, BLOCK C, SHELDON CHASE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
