NOTICE is hereby given that, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 30th day of October, 2014, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 730, THE MADISON AT SOHO II CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED DECEMBER 30, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14543, PAGE 341, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
