NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-007402 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and Janie V. Decoil; Unknown Spouse of Janie V. Decoil; Arrow Financial Services, LLC as Assignee of GE Money Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 5 OF TREASURE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
