NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015182 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Delaware Trustee And U.s. Bank National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Co-trustee For Government Loan Securitization Trust 2011-FV1, is the Plaintiff and Arkeitha Gainey, First Bank National Association As Indenture Trustee And Co-Owner Trustee Under Sole And Servicing Agreement Dated As Of March 14, 1997, Rayburn A. Webb, State Of Florida Department Of Revenue, Unknown Tenant(s), Clerk of Clerk Hillsborough County Florida, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 4th of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
