Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-011483, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff, and, ALFRED ANTOINE; JULIANA JEAN ANTOINE AKA JULIANA ANTOINE AKA JULIANA JEAN LOUIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALFRED ANTOINE N/K/A JANE DOE; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; COMMERICAL CREDIT LOANS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JACQUELINE DELISME; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MADIA RUDOLPH; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A (REFUSED NAME); AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
